I have worked with Bill for over a decade on many, many diverse print projects for a number of clients and it has always been a rewarding experience.

He has always made himself available and if he couldn't speak right away he picked up the phone and told me when he would be available (not my experience with designers in the past).

I would make suggestions as to how a piece would look and often we would agree on the look.  Other times Bill gently dissuaded me and gave me good reasons as to why.
